19 Мая 2021Здравствуйте, я в 2020 году пробежал марафон за 2.37, это по таблицам считается первый разряд. Я сам из ЛНР и у нас тут разряды не дают, могу ли я в России получить документ о том что я имею первый марафонский разряд, и куда для этого нужно обратиться, ну и вся процедура получения.
