Скажите, как отражается на состоянии и здоровье бегуна прием препаратов, снижающих уровень аммиака в крови?

Тут бы проконсультироваться с лечащим врачом.
Однако физическая нагрузка повышает содержание аммиака в крови. Поэтому прием препаратов его (аммиак) снижающих, по идее должны улучшать самочувствие и нейтрализовать негативные последствия пребывания оного в крови.
Однако дозировку препаратов и порядок приема в случае физического активности нужно обязательно уточнить у врача!
