55 лет, рост 182 см, вес 74, бегаю 2 раза в неделю по 5 км, 1 км за 4,5-5 минут, раз в год 10 км на Московском марафоне, кроссовки Мезуно Райдер 18. Истоптались, посоветуйте чем заменить.Ответ тренера
Здравствуйте, Александр!
Логичной заменой Rider 18, была бы модель, Rider 19, но ее уже трудновато найти. Модель же Rider 20 определенно мягче, что может уже не приемлемо для соревнований.
В качестве альтернативы попробуйте также Brooks Glycerin и Saucony Ride.
