14 Октября 2016Здравствуйте! Вопрос о обуви. Живу в Сибири, бегу на асфальте или грунт, лес. Уровень новичок, бегаю 4-5 раз в неделю, иногда каждый день, дистанции до 10км. Летом и весной бегала в Puma Ignite. Все устраивает. Сейчас встал вопрос о покупке осенне-зимней обуви. Что посоветуете для Сибири? На январь и март планирую полумарафоны.
