В Китае можно взять простенькие респираторы, похожие на это. Знакомые велосипедисты в них катаются по городу, и защита от пыли/выхлопов и тренировка дыхания. Тоже бы хотелось попробовать такую штуку, если она качественно сделана, цена правда завышенная какая-то. И у меня большие сомнения что она создает имитацию гор, все таки там совсем разные эффекты гипоксии.
