5 Мая 2014Добрый день!Присутствует ли какая нибудь особенность в обуви если я вешу 100 кг рост 190 , бегаю в airmax 2014 (http://go.mail.ru/search_images?q=air%20max%202014&fr=web&rch=l&jsa=1#urlhash=10710330250827361) по 15-17 км в неделю, дискомфорта особо не ощущаю,просто задумался в правильной обуви я бегаю?Спасибо!Ответ тренера

Конечно, в подходящих для Вашего веса кроссовках амортизация стоит на первом месте. Но пока Вы придерживаетесь данного километража, и по истечении (как правило) двух недель болей не возникает, значит Ваши кроссовки пока(!) справляются.
Однако, если планируете увеличить километраж, посоветовал бы все же подстараховаться и приобрести еще одну пару обуви - для чередования.
